Glowing In Paris

Glow Designs has a new dress available at Cosmopolitan. It's called In Paris and comes with this elaborate neck piece.

It's a dramatic looking dress, I felt a bit like a redheaded Morticia Adams in the black.

It's only 70L, along with several other colours. It can been worn with or without the neck piece and the brooch on the hip, so it can also be a simple, formal dress.
